Toby has a rock solid build and will likely mature into an average size male, roughly 75-80 pounds. Toby was bred by Steve and Charlene Galas. Their bitch "Maggie" is sired by Hightest's retired studs Crosswind's Moon Dance MH; additionally grand-sired by Grouse Creek's Major Marker MH. The Galas family avidly hunts waterfowl and Maggie was trained here at Hightest as a young dog. She was bred to our stud Catch - who Toby resembles quite closely. Toby is an exceptionally driven young dog. He is currently getting single and double marks on land and in ponds daily while working on back piles. He is E-collar conditioned and has a solid trained retrieve. We foresee Toby becoming a stellar bird dog and hunting companion as he matures.
