Vaccination Requirements + Rates
Vaccines must be received by Hightest and approved prior to scheduling boarding or training stays.
DHPP or DA2P
The puppy series of four with revaccination every 1-3 years.
RABIES
Current Rabies Certificate issued by a Veterinarian
BORDETELLA
Revaccinated annually
LEPTOSPIROSIS
A series of two with annual revaccination
CANINE INFLUENZA
A series of two with annual revaccination
Other Requirements
The puppy series of TWO with annual revaccination.
HEARTWORM and FLEA PREVENTATIVE
Dogs should be current on their monthly heartworm and flea preventative medication. Northern California is a known heartworm and flea area. Dogs not on heartworm preventative will be tested by our local veterinarian before they are started on preventative medication. (Transportation to Vet $50.)
MICROCHIP
We recommend that all dogs coming into the kennel for training have a microchip ID. If your dog is not chipped, we offer this service at a cost of $30.00
